1) Review the documents below for the types of licenses for which you may apply.
2) To register you will be asked for the following.
- a) Applicant Address
- b) Business address
- c) The type of license you are requesting
- d) State License(s) Numbers
- e) Social Security Number
- f) Federal Tax ID
- g) Applicant Date of Birth
- h) Bond Company Information
- i) Income Tax Information
- j) Corporation\Partnership\Sole Proprietorship Information (Name, address and SSN)
3) You will be asked to pay a fee with a credit card.
4) Complete the online registration form.
5) Verify the information and print the online registration forms. PLEASE NOTE: some forms may need to be notarized.
6) Mail or Return the completed forms to the City of Cincinnati Building Department.
After the City of Cincinnati Building Department has received the completed forms, the information you provided for
you/your Company will be verified by the necessary City departments.
You will receive a notice in the mail once all information is verified.
