After identifying the location of the project, you will be presented with the permit selection list.
Select the permit type for which you would like to apply.
Please read these instructions carefully at each step, be sure to fill in the required data and continue to the next step.
When a complete application with drawings is received, you wil be required to pay an Upfront Fee..
All Permit Applications Will Be Assessed a One Time Non-Refundable Fee Which Is Due At The Time Of Application.
This fee is not Applicable To All Plumbing And Hvac Repair/Replace Application Not Requiring Plans.

- $75 - Multi-Family & Commercial

You will be notified by Email of the required Upfront Fee and payment will be accepted through the ezTrak MEMBER HOME PAGE.
Only when the this upfront fee is paid the application is accepted for plan review.

Instruction for Document Submission.
No plans are required unless new ductwork is installed or the BTU output is reduced.
If there is a reduction in BTU output, or new ductwork is installed,
required plans must be properly stamped by a design professional and must include: equipment sizes, location,
and cut-sheets, vents, flues, and outside combustion air, duct layouts. ventilation air amounts, shafts, and fire damper locations
The required documents and drawings must be submitted within the same day or the application will be voided.
