After identifying the location of the project, you will be presented with the permit selection list.
Select the permit type for which you would like to apply.
Please read these instructions carefully at each step, be sure to fill in the required data and continue to the next step.
When a complete application with drawings is received, you wil be required to pay an Upfront Fee..
All Permit Applications Will Be Assessed a One Time Non-Refundable Fee Which Is Due At The Time Of Application.
- $25 - 1,2, & 3 Family Dwelling
- $75 - Multi-Family & Commercial

You will be notified by Email of the required Upfront Fee and payment will be accepted through the ezTrak MEMBER HOME PAGE.
Only when the this upfront fee is paid the application is accepted for plan review.

You MUST attach the STANDARDIZED DECK DRAWINGS document for Simple Decks, including the site plan in order to complete the application.

Form fields and save the document. Then you can submit this as part of the online application.
The required drawings must be submitted within the same day or the application will be voided.
